Richard was raised in the Netherlands, but is originally from the United Kingdom and speaks both languages as a native, as well as German and basic Portuguese.

He relocated to the Algarve in 1997, with his wife and growing family and has been active in the local property business for most of the past 24 years. His experience and local knowledge, make him the perfect partner for any potential purchaser, to assist them in finding the perfect property that fits all their requirements.

As Baerz & Co Portugal Country Manager, he will do all the legwork for you and take away the hassle of trying to find your way through the maze of local agents and the often confusing information stream, that can overwhelm anyone buying in a foreign country.
