Mike has a background in the consulting industry and project development. Within DWE Nieuwbouw Makelaars, his focus is on project management. He is the point of contact when it comes to the sales strategy of housing projects throughout the Netherlands. This starts with thinking about a desired residential product that suits the potential target group(s) based on data obtained from market research. From this follows substantiated price advice to then determine a marketing and communication strategy and work it out together with various stakeholders. The goal is a higher return, both for the client and the residential consumer.
