Kim van Peer

My name is Kim van Peer. In 1994 I left for Valencia to follow a 6-month Spanish language course, but I immediately fell in love with this fantastic city and have been living in Valencia ever since. I worked for 8 years at a Spanish real estate agency in Valencia city. I am also certified in the official Spanish real estate training API.

I have experienced the rapid and surprising development of the city step by step. From an unknown city in the early 1990s to the booming place to be of today.

I follow the real estate market developments in Valencia closely. My specialty lies in properly reading a customer, what is his or her way of life?, what specific wishes do they have?, because it is important to know the profile of the customer well in order to find the most suitable home. The interests of the customer come first for me! Personally guiding my clients and finding the right home give me all the energy and a good feeling.
