Joan comes from the world of construction, after taking the reins of the family business in 1997, dedicated to the construction and renovation of houses, for this reason, he graduated as a manager in the construction sector.
From the year 2004 onwards, he trained as a real estate property advisor, being associated with the Balearic Association of Real Estate Advisors. He has attended different seminars related to the real estate world, he is also trained as a judicial real estate expert through the Fundació de la Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya being associated with the National Association of Appraisers, Experts and Mediators. He has also attended different seminars as a judicial expert.
