As an entrepreneur, that hit me. I saw projects stalled and house hunters unable to find suitable new housing. There had to be a smarter and better way. Project optimization, more return on developments had to be possible. By looking intelligently at demand, more return per development is possible. We help with that. When demand is overstretched, we know how to bring the ideal buyer into the picture. And in a weaker market, we show how to build optimally for the available buyers. Return by collecting relevant current data. That's my mission.
After 8 years of Nieuwbouw Nederland (now XITRES) I like to think independently.
